The owner's David and Angela welcome you to their beautiful new 4 bedroom / 4.5 bath luxury home that sits on one of the most tranquil beach streets in the area. Only 400 meters from our world-famous beach where you can play in the sun during the day and have a bonfire while watching the sunset. Experience award-winning golf at nearby Seascape or The Links Golf Club. Enjoy a scenic walk or run along the beach boardwalk. Take the Brand New on-site golf cart to the beach, shopping, or restaurants located just a block away. Work out on the private elliptical and Nordic track treadmill and then take a dip in large pool followed to a game corn hole field at the picnic area.

Naut On The Clock has luxurious features flowing through the home. Indulge your senses in our open concept living area, wood plank tile flooring, crown molding, 8' interior doors, quartz countertops, custom cabinets, large tile showers, a brick paver driveway, two covered balconies, and a back patio outfitted with a fire pit with enough chairs for everyone to lounge in.

We also have a beautiful Gazebo with optional netting, lights, complete with a large eating area, big screen TV, outdoor fountain and an outdoor shower. There is even a backyard hammock swing!

If this is a working vacation, take advantage of our dedicated work area with a chair, charging station, and our in house printer complete with paper, and copier.

The gorgeous kitchen will no doubt tempt even the most reluctant chef! This ultra-modern space features all the amenities you’ve come to expect in a luxury home. From stainless steel appliances to solid-surface countertops, to pendant lighting, to a long kitchen island with seating for 10, this fully-equipped kitchen has everything you might need to create even the most demanding and intricate recipes.

Home Layout:

1st Floor: Queen Bedroom with bathroom (sleeps 2) | Twin Bunk Bed alcove with pull out twin trundle (sleeps 3).

2nd Floor: Queen Bedroom with bathroom (sleeps 2) | Living Room, ½ bath and kitchen.

3rd Floor: King Bedroom with bathroom (sleeps 2) | King Bedroom with bathroom (sleeps 2)

Two portable beds pull out to full size floor mattresses.

All windows have blinds not shown in pictures. 

You have easy free access to the Miramar Public Beach Access by Pompano Joe's. You may leave the Golf Cart there in parking lot while you enjoy the beach.

Your free parking on the  paved driveway can accommodate up to 4 standard vehicles.

No RVs, trailers, or oversized vehicles allowed.

*The HOA pool will be temperature controlled to not go below 80 degrees starting on Dec 13th.

There is absolutely no smoking in or around our property. We do not allow parties.

For renters between 21 and  24 years of age we will consider renting on a case by case basis with an refundable security deposit of $500.

We do not allow third party bookings. The person making the booking must be present for the entirety of the stay. Booking made for other people will not be tolerated.

Also, the guest may only use their own form of payment for the booking. We may request to see your ID to Verify this information.

We have an Golf Cart, Elliptical machine and NordicTrack treadmill for your private use. You, the guest, take all responsibility for any possible injuries and will not hold us, the Owner, liable.

Use of alcohol while operating or riding on the Golf Cart is prohibited by law and may result in consequences from the local law enforcement. You must be 16 with a valid Drivers License to operate the Golf Cart.

Breaking any of our house rules will result in a Breach of Contract and immediate dismissal from the home with no refund.

We have 2 Ring Cameras facing the front porch and looking out from the garage.
